Dr. Ted Rothstein, MD

I have received excellent care from Dr. Rothstein over the years and am only sorry that he has retired from the clinical practice of the GW Medical Faculty Associates. Thank you Dr. Rothstein, wishing you all the best! Sharon London

I have known Ted since the later 70's. We were friends when he lived in Seattle. I referred patients to him and I knew his wife and son. I house-sat son several occasions and had holidays with them. Ted is the finest man and physician with the highest integrity. He's a good tennis player, too. I recommend him highly.

Really smart doctor, and during office visits he's attentive, but neither he nor his office staff returns calls or emails post-visit. I would think twice before making an appointment--especially if you want to get your test results within a reasonable period of time (i.e. less than two weeks). Absolutely ridiculous.

At a time where I was out of medication, he and or his staff cancelled three appointments of mine in a row. I called them to notify that I was out of medication but they did not follow up with me or see me. Come to find out that I had an outstanding bill of a measley $100. That should not influence whether doctor sees a patient.

Dr. Rothstein is brilliant!

This doc seems to care far more about WHAT is wrong with me than in any way making it better.
