Dr. Ted Yang, MD

Dr. Ted Yang became part of our family as this is how he and his staff makes you feel . He is very caring, and will explain everything thoroughly . Dr. Yang takes the time to make sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of before you leave his office. There has been a number times I had to call to ask a question about my mom or brother for some kind concerns that needed a answer right away, his staff would go ask him and he would stop what he was doing to answer the question or take over the phone. You do not experience that from very many doctors or from the staff as well. I know as I'm a care taker, Dr. Yang saved my brother life when he had a heart attack 17 years ago. When caring for my brother and mother Dr. Yang found out there was heart disease running in my family. Being allowed to rate Dr. Yang only 5 with stars is not enough I'd rate Dr. Yang much higher than that, as he has put my whole family on alert for a longer life. There are not enough words that I… can express the passion, caring and concern Dr. Yang has for his patients. The staff is really efficient, although it's a busy office, check in is quick and they take you to the back real fast. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to. They explain what they're doing and why and always ask if you understand or have any questions. Dr. Yang is a no frills doc. He explains thoroughly what is needed and why and what it will entail. If you have questions, he answers then to the best of his ability. If they tell you they will call you back with results, they do. They also make reminder calls before your appointment, which I appreciate. I've been a patient of Dr. Yang's since 2006 and are very satisfied with the quality of care from Dr. Yang and the staff.
