The wait for the doctor was long and brief once seen. 1 star. The physical therapist/medical staff was great. 4 stars. The front desk staff was very unpleasant. The primary lady who answers the phone & books appointments charged me for two missed appointments when I had to reschedule one due to a sick child ,their patient. When I called to complain, I never received a call back. Very poor customer service. I have never been back.

I was referred to this place by the University Health Services for my back pain. Like everyone on here says, the doctors were always late, and their billing department is awful. Their therapist diagnosed me with something called "Extensor Rotation Syndrome". If you google it, you'll find the same thing I did; IT'S NOT A REAL SYNDROME. My car broke down on my way to an appointment, so I had to call and cancel that one and the next. 5 months later, they're charging me for two no-shows, apparently scheduled me for an imaginary extra appointment, and then Hillary, their administrator, told me exactly "maybe you should just take a life lesson from this". I don't know how they hold a business stil.Thank you guys for exploiting my ignorance to make money. My actual issue was lordosis, diagnosed by a real therapist, and I'm getting back to the shape I used to be in now.
