Dr. Tejinder Paul Singh, MD

Do not see this surgeon! After my gastric surgery, he did not have standing orders for pain medications, gas relief, or anxiety relief. He did not see me before my surgery, or after my surgery the day it was performed. The interns that were on call for him were useless. I had to call his office from my hospital room in tears asking for medications for pain relief, gas relief, and for anxiety. Even then I just got a minor pain relief order, and he ignored the rest of my symptoms. I was an unnecessary pain for hours upon hours after my surgery. He is either unknowledgeable, doesn’t care, or maybe both.

Dr Singh was very there before during and after my surgery...he was there before to answer any questions i had....and after as well..came and told me how surgery went and was there for the follow up i needed as well....if i need another hernia repair and i'm sure i will as this was number four i would def go with Dr. Singh...would def recommend him if your in the Albany area....can't say i feel the same about Albany med....they left me for two hours without helping me to the bathroom and would't allow me to go alone....

Office staff not friendly. Follow up after surgery not go. Have problem and his staff and himself don’t want to handle them. Farm you out to other doctors.

Keep away , bad follow up, you have problems he or his staff don’t want to handle them. They say the are with you throughout the process and a after but they are not. Had to go to St. Peter’s to have problem taken care of. Had surgery in 2015 and nothing but problems until Doctors at St Peter’s fixed his surgery screw up.

Dr. Singh is on every visit top notch intelligent and blow your mind away knowledgeable, professional, has an extraordinary amount of compassion and caring for his patients. His surgical skills r perfect and like none others before him; his ability to handle any complicated case is bar none. U will not go wrong in he as your choice of surgeon and u will most definitely be very glad u chose him. He will heal you and do so with the best knowledge, grace, dignity, compassion, caring and the most advanced surgical care there is these days.

After care is so so poor. Go have surgery with someone else, not dr Singh at AMCH
