I was thrilled to have found a doctor with the credentials and specialties of Dr. Olivares, however her URMC profile points out that she serves "underserved complex populations", which is important on a larger scale, but if you are a typical white person, keep looking. Her staff was rude when I called and quickly confirmed that her office was not interested in seeing me.

Doctor Olivares is a great Dr. she help me get back in track when things where not looking good for me ,she prescribe the right medication the help me overcome my illness, thank you Dr. Olivares.

Spent 5 minutes with me. Just long enough to figure out I speak English and refer to someone else. ANOTHER 6-week wait to see someone else.
