Knowledgeable, passionate compassionate, and professional. I drive over an hour to see her.

I feel that she is a very thorough and excellent doctor. I am a fairly new patient and was rather put off when she admonished me for a question she felt I should know the answer to. It made me feel hesitant to ask questions in the future.

She is brilliant and compassionate, everything you need in a doctor.

Dr. Thomas truly listened to me, and she came up with a diagnosis for issues that I thought were just age creeping up on me, but were actually other, treatable issues.

Caring and genuine. It's hard to find a doctor like her these days.

I cannot believe I found Dr. Thomas!! After looking for a doctor for over a year, due to loosing my old Dr. of 18 plus yrs dying in a car crash, she Is such a breath of fresh air. IHA definitely has a gem When it comes to Dr. Thomas and patient bedside manner, patience, professionalism, knowledge, and care. I feel very blessed To have found her....thank you Dr. Thomas for being YOU!!

Dr. Thomas is the best doctor I've ever had. She takes her time to discuss any and every issue I bring to her. I love her responsiveness to questions and the willingness to look an issue from multiple angles and come up with cooperative solutions. She actually sets realistic goals for me and really seems to care about my health. I feel that I can do better because she is in my corner. I can't imagine a better doctor. IHA should do all they can to keep her here.On another note, the front desk staff needs to work on their customer service skills. I've been disconnected twice while being transfered to a nurse department. Also, when I made two different types of appointments on the same day in the same office I was told that I had to cancel one appointment because the insurance company would only pay for one service per day. I canceled my morning appointment based on this information and proceeded to verify with the insurance company. Come to find out, there is no such rule regarding this.… If this were the only time I received incorrect information, I would call it a fluke. However, recently I was charged a co-pay for a service that had no co-pay.When I asked about it, I was advised that there had been a change in the health care reform law regarding no co-pay for preventative services was not in effect. I paid the co-pay, then called the insurance company. They told me (again) that the information received from the front desk was incorrect. There was no co-pay due. So that's money I don't have have to waste that's no longer in my pocket.
