Dr. Terence Lou Dallo Agustin, MD

I want to start by saying this review is for Dr. Terence Agustin, MD. He made me feel so uncomfortable due to his unprofessional behavior. His insensitivity and sarcasm towards my concerns for weight loss had me so upset and emotional. He is not a skinny man himself so for him to be so insensitive to my feelings towards trying to lose weight is disappointing and disrespectful. He comes in the patient room short of breath and talking in circles. He had to rethink what he was saying numerous times during our conversation because he was trying to rush through my appointment. Patients should be weary of this doctor because he cannot handle his patient load or concerns patients have due to his lack in time management and lack of integrity. He lied in my chart, under his notes, to make it seem like I was upset I didn’t get what I asked for when in reality I was upset because he was patronizing me about my weight loss options. This doctor should not be practicing and the only reason I made an… appointment with him is because my PCP has no appointments until September. Never again will I be so desperate enough to see this so-called doctor!

When I expressed concerns about my problems he ignored them until I went somewhere else that verified my problems!

Dr. Augustin is the best. He made me feel like I was the only patient he had. He was knowledgeable about my health issues and was genuinely interested in me. I wish he would partner with Caremore so I could continue to see him. He's awesome.
