good with kids...very warm

I don't know where the review of Dr.Terence Chu picks up patients' phone calls himself came from.To make an appointment, I have to call his office a few times, each time I spoke to a different lady. I was denied to see the doctor because the office doesnt allow patient to have two issues to talk to Dr.Chu within one visit. My baby might minor injured his wrist one day, it happened to be the time he should get MMRvaccination that month. The office truly denied the request to have two issues taken care of!She asked me to call a 'future appointment line' to make second appointment for vaccination! Even the first appointment hasn't been made yet! So I waited a week to make the appointment, on that very day traffic was a little slow so when we arrived there it was 1minute late. I called office. She literally said the office cannot admit us because we passed 15min window and 1minute late. Second day I switched doctor back to the old one, I cannot afford be agitated and frustrated by… Dr.Terence Chu's office any more.

Awesome doctor. So patient with my daughter. Very cary and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Chu is caring and concerned. He's willing to offer alternative choices to a problem. He works hard at winning over my very shy child.
