Dr Terence Lin, MD

Up until recently, Dr. Lin was the only cardiologist I had ever seen. I thought he was very good, very smart, very good bedside manner. I've moved away, from the area, and have been trying to find another doctor like him. I realize now how special he was, and I realize he is still very smart, incredible bedside manner, and really cares. In addition, the new cardiologists ask who was my old doctor, and told me that Dr. Lin is very advanced!

Great doctor

I had a heart attack, and Dr. Lin saved my life. He wasn’t scared of the corona like regular doctor. He knew what was happening right away and didn’t waste one bit of time. He has a top team of helpers, they were great, too. Dr. Lin, it was the best stint I ever had.

I consider Dr. Lin not just to be my doctor, but my friend. He listens and cares, and always gives great advice!

Dr. Lin is just the best!

I saw 5 other doctors, and they kept telling me my dry mouth was from my medicine. I told this to Dr. Lin, and didn’t listen to me at all. He looked at me for like 10 seconds, and told me that he was sorry, but he was the wrong doctor. I was so mad, that I was yelling and crying, and then he asked me “don’t you think it’s weird that your cheeks are dry when you cry?” Then he told me that he thought that I had Sjogrens Syndrome, and that I should see a rheumatologist. He helped get me an appointment. I’m sorry for getting upset, Dr. Lin. Thank you for finally leading me to the right place.

My husband and I had different cardiologists. He was seeing Dr. Lin, and I saw another doctor, who I had no problems with. The thing is, when I was in the hospital with my husband, I saw my doctor (who didn't recognize me, even though I've been his patient for over 10 years), asking Dr. Lin what to do about a patient! I decided to go see Dr. Lin -- even other cardiologists ask him what do to! I haven't regretted it, not one bit. He listened to me, checked out why I was short of breath, and it turns out that it wasn't just because I have a few extra pounds, it was because I had heart disease, too. He really listened to me! I got one stent, and I feel soooo much better, thank you Dr. Lin!

He is a great doctor, and is so nice! Hard to get in to see, but is really worth it!

Dr. Lin is like the best kept secret ever, or maybe everyone knows ... we come from far away. He always says that he’s sure that someone must be just as good as him that is closer for us. We drive over 150 miles to see him, and it’s worth every minute we sit in that horrible Bay Area traffic. Also, he’s right about everything that I’ve ever seen except one thing — there is NO ONE nearly as good as Dr. Lin within 500 miles of us. He’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen!
