Dr. Terence James Philbin, MD

I first met Dr. Philbin by chance when he ended up taking care of my mother at UPMC Mercy hospital. This man has the best bedside manner ever. He speaks respectfully to people, listens, and doesn't try and talk you into procedures or medicines that are unnecessary or unwanted. She liked him so much, we changed to having him as her PCP. My mom had a stroke, has speech difficulties, and cannot remember details about visits, so when she's in the hospital, he calls me to update me. There's never been an issue reaching him as needed, easy getting in for an office visit or if prescriptions need updating. His staff is also very nice at the Crafton office. Highly recommend Dr. Philbin. Some of the docs at Mercy say he's their PCP too.

I recently became a new patient. I am so glad i made this choice. Dr.Philbin was kind, thorough, and a good listener.
