Dr. Teresa Lynn Angermann, DO

Dr. Angermann was thorough and attentive during my first visit. I left fully understanding what I needed to do before seeing her again, and am looking forward to that appointment. I've never felt more comfortable and cared about by a doctor that has so much compassion, intelligence and wisdom.

Dr. Angermann is a good doctor, HOWEVER her staff is atrocious. They seem unable to retain office staff for any amount of time. Maybe this explains the less-than-mediocre crew they always seem to have in their office. The office staff is inefficient, abrupt, and rude. They don't return calls or follow through with referrals, prescription requests, or orders for follow-up tests and procedures. When you DO get a live person, they lie and say they sent the test orders/prescription requests/etc. and it's a problem on the other end - the other facilities. Come on people, not EVERYBODY else can be wrong - they all claim they never received any faxes from YOUR facility. My adult daughter already changed her primary care physician. We'll be doing the same.

I’ve been taking my daughter to this doctor for a couple of years now, and I’m beginning to wonder if she’s really listening to our complaints or just blowing us off. She doesn’t seem interested in getting to the root of the problem, just discounting everything you have to say. Orders a series of lab tests but doesn’t call to discuss the results. Leaves the patient confused.

Doesn't follow up with patients, isn't helpful with providing resources, returning phone calls or caring for elderly patients. Although on her profile she says she is able to care for "all ages". She is ALWAYS out of the office. The medical staff is always changing everytime i go in there. She doesn't spend time with her patients or truly care about their well being. When giving the option to refer out an eldery patient or help her she chose to do nothing. I am VERY disappointed in this office and entire staff. They don't need to work with people they lack empathy and professionalism.

I think Dr. Angermann is a wellness- oriented doctor! I've appreciated her attention to my whole circumstance. She listens!

Dr. Angermann is very kind and gentle and puts even the most anxious patient at ease. She has excellent listening skills and is highly knowledgeable. I am pleased she is my doctor!

I have seen this doctor and also her partner, Pasternak. Neither of them impress me. They sit with electronic notebooks on their knee. What happpened to the good old fashioned doctor that cares for his patients? These guys do not have time for you and after one visit I'm looking for someone who cares about their patient. Goodbye.
