The treatment of underlying conditions takes a lot of time, so be ready to be consistent in your care any you will start feeling like your old self again. I went from being toxic and unable to exercise from inflammation and pain to able to exercise pain free controlling and curing the underlying cause of the inflammation. It took a year to loose the inflammation. My primary doctor does not loot at the tests this doctor does or even understand. My primary doctor did not listen to me, this one does. Some results were immediate but the process take time. If I would have continued doing nothing but going to my primary, I know I would have thyroid issues and eventually burn it out and be on those drugs for the rest of my life. I would also still be even more inflamed, become more immobile and die sooner from lack of my prior healthy lifestyle.
