Still waiting after 9 (business) days for my mother's prescription refill. Pharmacy has faxed request to her office 4 times. Dr is ok but the staff and office set-up are HORRIBLE. Will be finding another doctor today for my mother as her pills ran out 2 days ago.

I would NOT recommend Dr Coats to anyone. She was extremely rude and lacked any empathy or care. She entered the room, without introducing herself to me, and asked me "if i had forgotten i had a physical exam on my last visit." No Hello, no introduction, no smile or kindness, just asked me if i had forgotten about the last exam in a rude and snappy voice.I rarely go to dr's so when I do I expect that they will have time to hear my needs and concerns. I expect that if I am paying them a high price, I deserve to have my health addressed. Dr Coats behaved as if i was inconveniencing her day and clearly did not have more than 10 minutes to spend talking to me. I asked her to review my lab results with me, as I was confused and rather than doing so, she said "honey, your results are FINE!" and left the room....ending the appt. not even saying goodbye. There was no "what else can i do for you" "did i answer your questions" not even a "it was good to meet you". she behaved as if the… 10 minutes she spend with me (for a scheduled drs visit) was the biggest inconvenience of her day.
