Worst bedside manner ever! Baby was coming fast the nurse kept trying to call the doctor into the room and she kept hanging up on her when she finally arrived, she burst opened the door and was so rude to the nurse who was taking care of me! When she finishes yelling at the nurse she looks over at me and says “do you speak English” in such a rude manner that both the nurse and I just stared at her and didn’t answer. Since the baby was almost out she got to work and delivered the baby. When she left she didn’t say a word.

Service at this office is the farthest thing you can expect from such a sensitive matter. I went to my first pregnancy visit at Dr. Garcia's office she did a Pap smear test and ultrasound. Two hours After I left her office I started experiencing bleeding, called in to ask if it's normal and received an answer it is normal after Pap smear test. Same night I called the after hours line in the clinic as the bleeding did not stop and the pain got worse and the answer I received is that it is normal and call the doctor in the morning. From that point on I kept calling the office daily for a week and received very short and hostile answers as if I am bothering them by just calling. After 7 days of non stop bleeding I called once again and got a call back a day later requesting I will go get an ultrasound ASAP. The ultrasound was scheduled without verifying if I can make it that time and I had to cancel work as the doctors office claimed it is urgent. Once I left the ultrasound I… called the doctors office to hear her opinion and was told she already left for the day. That same night I went to the ER as I felt something is extremely wrong and I found out I had a miscarriage. Only 6 days after the URGENT ASAP ULTRASOUND I received a call from the doctors office asking if I am still bleeding !!! I am not blaming the doctor from my miscarriage, most likely it was a natural issue. But an unpleasant experience became a nightmare all due to the extremely poor service at Dr. Garcia office. I believe that in certain line of services the service provider most be patient and embracing. Non of those exist at this office as many other reviews stated. Be aware!!! Read reviews and look for a different doctor!!

I would never forget a really bad experience with this doctor. She is a RUDE person. She should have not chosen this profession. On my first appointment, I noticed that she was already grumpy, no smile and like what other review said - she talked down on you and expressed as if you’re a waste of her time. One time, I called to make an appointment because I experienced pain and I have high risk pregnancy and due that month. I was patiently waiting in her office patient room when she abruptly opened the door saying in an angry tone " WHAt IS IT THIS TIME". I never remember her with a smile or gentle way of talking. Even when I was rushed to St. Joseph at 12 midnight because my water broke and staff said that she failed to forward my file since I am scheduled to give birth that week.. She came at 8 a.m wearing her angry face and didn't even say congratulations. It was a traumatic experience that I will never forget in my life- how I was treated as a patient. My regret is I didn't… complain to St. Joseph but now I saw that she did the same way to other expectant mothers, I should voice out, too to give justice to those she treated rudely.

Went to see her with a severe problem and all she wanted to recommend was surgery. Not even knowing how I felt or where the problem was coming from. All direct to surgery and avoid periods and pain. Utero removing. That’s all she insisted. Not trying any other source before. All she wants is to go ahead and remove uterus. Problem solved. Extremely bad in listening to patients and zero professionalism. She’s a money maker machine getting ride of uterus.

Dr. Garcia performed surgery on me in the hospital with general anesthesia. She never came around to tell us how it went while I was in recovery. I had to email her to ask her and then 4 days after surgery, she called me back. Very disappointing.

The receptionist was so professional and courteous. Dr. Garcia was a great listener and so professional. I would recommend Dr. Garcia.

Even with an appointment made well in advance, the office waiting time is very long. The person is charge of insurance billing is vague and doesn't instill confidence. They may be legit but I get the impression that there is something shady going on.

I went there to tell her about pelvic pains & told her that my primary gave me a pap & she asked me if I knew what a pap was & then took all supplies to describe. I am 36yrs old you think I dont know what it is! I was telling her my problems & she kept arguing that i was lying saying she has been a dr for so many yrs & knows everything. Never would I ever go see her even if they pay me.

I had to switched doctors due to terrible service. My daughther's lab and ultrasound has been ready for three weeks but never heard from doctor Garcia. Receptionist is so RUDE! In retalaiton Dr. Garcia's office did not want to transfer records to the new OBYN doctor! Very unprofessional!
