I had to change PCP's and chose this office since it was close to work. First visit for serious vomiting and diarrhea for a month and the doctor was late by roughly 45 minutes, trying to get a referral updated took an entire day of calling and pestering which put getting ultrasounds and other work back by over a week. Not sure if they are just over worked or what but do yourself a favor and move on.... They seemed nice but this was just too much..

Doctor is difficult to work with and can't seem to be troubled to follow up with her patients as to the plan for their care. If you have questions, don't bother to call - make another appointment is the directive as she will not call you back even if you ask. Office staff is incredibly disorganized, I had test results lost, and had to hound them to send in prescriptions.

I came on to right a review as I have had a particularly great experience in this office. I viewed the other reviews of late of her office and I think that the reviewer who complained about having to return for fill of meds is either mistaken about how her thyroid is doing or there is another issue. This has not been my experience at all with this office and I have been with them for over 10 years. Great office, perfect location and good providers!

Her medical advice is driven to make more money for herself than having sound medical basis or having patient interest in mind. I have been on same dose for thyroid medication for years, still she insists that I book an appointment to get refill every 3 months. If you search on the internet and I also have doctor friends, most of the places they recommend test every year if patient has been stable on the dose. Even when I pleaded that I am out of medicine you can temporarily prescribe and then I can book some time, she flat refused demonstrating clearly that she doesn't care about well being of the patients. I earlier doubted that she is asking us for more appointment and prescribing more tests than required, but I was giving her benefit of the doubt. And other people have already commented that staff her place is very rude, which I generally bother too much if doctor is good, but it does mar your experience. So I you want to be cheated out of your money, and time to waste for… unnecessary appointment Dr Girolami is the doctor for you, else you better stay away.

Dr. Girolami is a great physician. I have seen her for years and recommend her to anyone. She is smart and compassionate.

This office is very professional , attentive and Dr. Girolami and Cheryl Allen are fantastic. They always follow-up and are appropriate and knowledgeable. It is a great experience. Thank you

Dr. Girolami is very professional and I have confidence in her as a doctor but her office staff is very difficult to work with. Unfortunately, her office staff makes the overall experience a negative one.

Dr. Girolami has been my doctor for many years. For cold and flu like symptoms she's fine. However for more deeper, serious issues, she is not the right doctor. She doesn't follow-up with patients after receiving results from tests (such as ultrasounds, blood work, etc.).

Dr T Girolami is excellent, caring and knowledgable. I have been seeing her for over 16 years. She is compassionate and always remembers me and my family.
