Dr. Goldsmith joined Birmingham Pediatrics in July 1995. She completed her internship and residency at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Dr. Goldsmith is board-certified in pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She received her medical degree from The University of South Alabama and her bachelors degree in chemistry at the University of Montevallo.

We love Dr. Goldsmith. We chose her randomly and are certain we made an excellent choice. She is thorough, knowledgeable and patient. She takes her time and does not rush us. My husband is also a Physician and respects her expertise. Dr. Goldsmith seems to really care about our two children and she has good sense of humor. She is an excellent doctor. We really like her.

Dr. Goldsmith has been the pediatrician to all five of my children since 2011. She has shown herself to be very knowledgeable about the different issues that my children have presented with, stays up-to-date on necessary vaccines and car seat safety requirements and has requested all necessary diagnostic testing for my children when problems have come up. Dr. Goldsmith is very thorough and keeps up with how all of the children are doing if a follow up is necessary. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Goldsmith to other parents as a great and caring pediatrician. -Inetta B.

Have used several pediatricians before, and Dr. Goldsmith is a truly caring, and competent doctor. I trust her completely. She is also good at making the children speak for themselves and explain in their words what is the problem.

I really have enjoyed having dr. goldsmith for my son's pediatrician since day 2 of his life. She's really sweet and funny with him and gives me a great sense of confidence that he is in good hands. thanks dr. goldsmith!!!

My daughter has seen Dr. Goldsmith since the day she was born. Dr .Goldsmith is wonderful with my daughter. She makes sure to check everything.
