Dr. Teresa K Hardisty, MD

We've been seeing Dr. Hardisty for more than 5 years. My kids are healthy, but they still have benefitted greatly from having Dr. Hardisty as their pediatrician. She has guided us through anxiety and acne issues with my daughter and weight issues with my son. Her approach is calm and factual. She relates well with the kids and I find they really listen to her and trust her. They do the things she recommends! Thank you Dr. Hardisty.

Dr. Hardisty is amazing. I absolutely love seeing her at every well child vist. She provides great advice at every stage of development and I wouldn’t see anyone else besides her. I have a 5 and a 3 year old and she has been so helpful in raising my kids in every step of the way!

I will never bring my daughter near this woman. Judgemental, bizarre behavior.

My son still suffers the results of the horrible care he received from Dr. Hardisty in 2005. It has now been approximately 8 years of suffering, since she prescribed prophylactic antibiotics to my (then) 10 day old baby! He has suffered every day since this. The suffering has only multiplied, as he grows. He now has horrible eczema, asthma and teeth deformities. I would absolutely not recommend Dr. Hardisty to care for a dog, let alone a precious human being.

Dr. Hardisty ruined my sons health. It has been almost 5.5 years, since she administered prophylactic antibiotics that have caused the continual decline of our childs health. He was only 10 days old when he contracted a UTI. Without first discussing it with our family, Dr. Hardisty chose to put our son on antibiotics indefinitelyin case he might someday contract another UTI! OUTRAGEOUS! When we discovered through research how incredibly detrimental prophylactic antibiotics are for infants and toddlers and plus, after asking Dr. Hardisty when he would finally be cured of the UTI and she informing us that he had been cured weeks earlier and he was being treated prophylactically, we immediately took him off the drugs. We were too late, the damage was done. Even though I nursed my son for 5 years, our child now has Asthma, eczema, ADHD, permanent tooth deformities- all of which has been medically linked to being given prophylactic antibiotics as an infant or toddler. My warning to… all parents, do not naively trust the doctors orders. Ask a million questions, even if the Doctor tries to intimidate you!

Waiting times were outrageous more than an hour wait, even though I had always gotten there on time.Misdiagnosis; no care for my concern over my childs well being. Little or no information given to what was actually wrong with my child.Seems to care at times, and others it comes off as sarcasm.

I cannot imagine raising my children from their births to the present without the help and support of Dr. Hardisty. As a Doctor I consider her top notch and trust her with my children's lives. As a person I find her to be kind and compasionate. I love the calm and down to Earth way she explains matters to me and my children. A few years ago we moved 40 miles away and tried different doctors. We have since returned to Dr. Hardisty and make the long trip to her office secure in the knowledge that it is worth every mile. I could write volumes about how wonderful she is, but I was just trying to find her phone number online when I got side tracked here. I hope someone finds this helpful.
