Doctor joy is one of the most thorough and indicated doctors I have ever seen she will go to extreme lengths to find out what is wrong with you she has a great bedside manner and Actually makes having to be seen by a doctor enjoyable

So many Drs. take mini moments with their patients and you feel as though you are on a conveyor belt ! DOCTOR JOY listens with a compassionate ear then advises ! I hold DR JOY in high esteem ! ??

Went to urgent care with some concerns . Teresa came in with an attitude that she didn't want to be tbere. She did not cover my concerns and in fact made me feel undeserving of her attention.

She gave me hydrocodone to a simple muscle tear! I asked for anti inflammatory cause I didn’t need pain medicine! I r fuse to take them! I was one of 4 that day that has gotten opium type of meds from her! B X-ray day I went back totally sweet doctor was there and she gave me anti inflammatory meds the next day I was fine! She said I should’ve never been given those medicine cause they don’t help with the pain that is caused by inflamation! Ps: her manners are terrible! She didn’t even examine me!

Looking to find where. She is practicing so I may continue to have her as my Dr.

She gave me the wrong meds for 4 months!

After over 20 years of searching for a dr. who actually LISTENS to my symptoms, I found Dr. Joy. I've had thyroid problems since I was at least 17 yrs old. (I'm 40 now). I had been repeatedly misdiagnosed with CFS, FMS, Metabolic Syndrome, insulin resistance, and PCOS, as well as arthritis (which I do have arthritis) as well as other 'symptoms' being deemed 'just aging and normal stress'. I had to quit working altogether due to extreme physical pain and total exhaustion and for a year I've barely been able to take care of myself. BUT... 3 days after an endocrinologist deemed me "perfectly healthy" and had TOTALLY missed during a hands on neck thyroid test. Dr. Joy felt my thyroid and discovered HUGE NODULES! She sent me for a scan immediately, and within a couple weeks 1/2 was removed. I already feel a little bit better, many symptoms have improved somewhat and I don't start my medication for 2 more days. Thank you Dr. Joy. I dare say, you may have saved my life because you listened to… me and understood that I know MY body very well, and you accepted the fact that I have over 15 yrs of thyroid research under my belt, all in the effort to make a dr listen to me. and you listened. Thank you!

I would never go to this doctor ever again. Worst bedside manner I have ever came into contact with. Crazy doctor. Do NOT RECOMMEND!
