Had a wonderful experience I was looking for a dental office near by and I found them. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Doctor morris was helpful in answering my questions. Over all great visit.

3 horrible experiences in this office. There won't be a 4th.

Worst dentist experience ever. Nurses are kind, but that it is. Don't waste your time

I was a patient of the previous dentist in this office, so when he left, I just decided to stay with the office. My first visit was very uncomfortable as I felt that staff and Dr Morris seemed a bit standoffish for lack of a better term. I actually felt as though they were reluctant to wait on me. The staff was cold and unfriendly and so was the doctor. I didn't go back for 2 years. Saw another dentist in the meantime. Decided to go back to Dr Morris because her office is closer to me and they kept sending me email reminders, so I thought I'd try again. Went today and am very disappointed. I took the day off and ended up only getting a cleaning. While I am satisfied with the cleaning, the hygienist and dental assistant, I was still very uncomfortable with the doctor. Perhaps she's the same with all patients, but I can only go by my own personal experience. I don't believe she has many African American patients and her behavior is as though she'd rather not have any. I'm 57 and have had… years of experience with dentists. I don't get this vibe from other dentist that I've visited. This was on both occasions. I'm not one to jump on the "it's because I'm black" bandwagon, but sometimes it seems and feels obvious. No worries. If I am the only African American patient, she will not have to be concerned with me in the future. I am sure that losing one patient is of little to no concern and there are too many dentist in Springfield for me to be too concerned with her and her lack of hospitality or bedside manner (so to speak). I actually dislike writing a bad review and usually don't, but felt compelled to on this date.

Worst dentist ever! If I could rate this office ZERO out of 5, I would. This office is the most unprofessional group of people, including the dentist herself. She wants to tell you numerous things are wrong, not follow insurance payments, not provide records to a new provider, have people that aren't even a hygienist clean your teeth, and have a difficult new patient process...to name only a few things. I am considering sending her to the state Board.

The best and quickest care i have ever received. The staff were warm and friendly. Dr Morris really cared about Me. I was seen on an emergency basis. I was seen same day. I was out of pain same day. I was surprised that the fees were as low as they were. Lower than most dentist in the area.

Dr Morris's expertise is amazing and she is very caring, She understands what it is like to be a patient.
