Dr. Teresa Nicole Ramsey, MD

Dr. Ramsey had been my doctor for 2+ years, after her office moved, so did the service. We got here at 4:20, the appt. was for 4:45. We waited until 7, and continued to wait. People came in after me, and were taken right away. I went to the counter to see how much longer it would be, (after waiting for 2+ hrs my head was acheing from the non-stop noise of small children, toys, babies, ect.) and the lady was EXTREMELY rude! I plan on getting a new doctor very soon, but it couldn't be soon enough!

THIS DOCTOR IS HORRIBLE!!!! My husband and I were both very sick and called the medical center for an apointment. We were told to come to the urgent care before 7 p.m. We drug out our 1 year old and drove the 20 miles and were there before 7 p.m., but we were turned away by this doctor because supposedly there were 25 people ahead of us (while maybe 10 were in the waiting room). We expressed our concern to the staff and that we were told over the phone to come in, but the doctor still rejected seeing us. We asked to speak with her directly and she wouldn't even come to the reception area. This doctor doesn't care about sick people, she'll just turn the away if she feels like he workload is too big. Beware if you try to approach this doctor before the end of her shift - YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.. take it from me!! In her bio, it says that she treats people the way she wants to be treated.... That is complete and total non-sense, she doesn't care the first thing about treating sick… people. I hope one day she's turned away in her time of need so she'll understand the feeling!! PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN TO SEE THIS DOCTOR... I WOULDN'T LET HER EXAMINE MY DOG!!! My husband and I were altimately treated for Bronchitus and Pneumonia by a much kinder urgent care doctor in Westlake, thankfully. I wouldn't try to see this doctor again if my life depended on it!
