My respect for her lead to a colonoscopy for me even though I thought I would never have one. And yes it's just as bad as you thought. The prep is horrible. The doctor is very professional and that helped me a lot.

I WAS TREATED VERY RUDE & IRATE BY A MEDICAL ASSITANT THERE SHE SCREAMED AND HOLLERED AT ME INFRONT OF OTHER PAITENTS AND STAFF MEMBERS SHE DIDNT MAKE SURE MY SON WHO BROUGHT ME FOR MY COLON PROCEDURE SIGNED OFF ON MY PAPERWORK TO BE RELEASED SO THAT THEY WOULDNT BE LIABLE FOR ME DUED TO THE FACT THAT SHE WAS SO IN GROSSED IN IRATE BEHAVIOR INFRONT OF PAITENTS AND THE SECRETARY AS WELL AS MY SON THAT SHE DIDNT COMPLETE HER JOB I WAS SO UPSET & EMBARRSED BY HER BEHAVIOR I LEFT KNOW ONE CALLED OR FOLLOWED UP TO CHECK ON ME TO SEE IF I WAS OK OR AS TO WHAT HAD HAPPENED I'LL NEVER REFER ANYONE THERE NOTR BECAUSE OF DOC PATRICK SHES EXCELLENT ITS THE ONE PARTICU[LAR MEDICAL STAFF MEMEMBER WHO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST I CONTACTED MY MEMBERS COMPLAINT DEPT OF MY INSURANCE AS WELL ASTHE OHIO STATE MEDICAL BOARD OF COLUMBUS OHIO THE YOUNG GIRL HAS KNOW BUSINESS WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD DEALING DIRECTLY WITH THE PUBLIC SHES VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE WAY SHE CARRIES… HERSELF WHICH LETS ME KNOW THAT SHES TREATED OTHERS THIS WAY BEFORE VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEAHVIOR!!!!!! WILL NEVERR REFERR ANYONE OR EVER RETRURN FORE SERVICES!!!! I DID CALL MY INSURANES MEMBER COMPLAINT DEPT AS WELL AS THE OHIO STATE MEDICAL BOARD!!!!!

Dr Patrick is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring. I had several concerns about treatment and she was very reassuring and followed through with everything for my comfort during treatment. I highly recommend Dr Patrick.

The first time I was so very nervous but the staff and Dr. Patrick were so reassuring, kind and helpful that it helped me through the experience and that was three colonoscopies ago. I also received a call at home from Dr. Patrick after that very first time and was surprise but very appreciative and have since received calls from her staff following up on my recovery. I would and have recommended Dr. Patrick to anyone wanting special care.
