Please see another doctor. Does not care about patient care. Has no compassion and lies about scientific facts to manipulate parents.

I was very pleased with Dr. Hagan! I will keep bringing my 10 month old daughter to her because she is kind, understanding, gentle, informative, respectful, and doesn't hassle me with my decision to not vaccinate my child at this time---which is very important to me. Wellness visits are refreshing with her!

Had taken my son to Er for a concussion, i was told to take him to primary for a referral to Neurologist.. From the moment I walked in she showed absolutely no compassion , was furious my son was given a Cat Scan in ER and was yelling at me why did you do this?? Because my son was sick and ER Dr ordered it!! she made me feel like a horrible parent. It gets alot worse.. she had some sort of check list agenda, she was also made because she said his shots were not up to date! I said he could not have gotten into 9th grade if he was not current.. she argued.. Then it got much worse.. she said why hasn't he had the HPV vaccine? I said no thank you.. then she proceeded to lecture me on how the information that is on internet is all wrong and that the CDC recommends this.. I said not interested.. she never really focused her attention on the EMERGENCY Visit I was there for she finally did exam and gave me a referral to All Children's which was why I was there to begin with.. As a mother… with a child with a brain injury I needed compassion and information. NOT LECTURES about things that were not relevent at the time.

Dr. Hagan is wonderful. She takes care of my son, I have always felt comfortable with her as a doctor. She is kind and takes time with her patients. I am a first time mom and she has never made me feel foolish for my over cautious appointment. I look forward to my son seeing her for years!
