Dr. Terrence Anthony Chan, MD

I am not sure what happened with the other negative reviews but Dr. Chan was very kind, professional, and helpful during my CityMD visit. In fact, he was one of the most reasonable, kind, and professional doctors I have seen in a while. He diagnosed me accurately and prescribed the necessary medication and even took into account that I would need a few days to rest and recover before heading back to work. Don’t be put off by the negative reviews, trust this doctor if he sees you during a visit as he really does care, is knowledgeable, and wants to help.

Very rude and nasty doctor. As someone that has visited many doctors, I’d say that Terrance Chan is the rudest and most arrogant person I’ve ever met. He talks down to you and does not even attempt to ask you any follow up questions to treat you. I have also noticed that many of the people that complain about him are women. So on top of being arrogant and nasty he is also discriminatory against women. Avoid him if possible!

Dr. Terrence Chan deserves absolutely zero stars. He should not be a doctor from the lack of service, and lack of care he provides to patients. He is a rude, nasty person who does not listen to patients. He treats people like garbage and disregards you and your concerns. He cannot diagnose properly and is a joke of a doctor. He refused to treat me or show any type of care. Definitely AVOID him. Also, he did not wear his mask appropriately during the visit. He wore it with it covering only his chin (not how masks work, genius). Total disappointment of a doctor and person. Avoid, avoid, avoid! He should be ashamed.

I wish I could give 0 stars . This Dr is very rude and shouldn’t be in medicine if he isn’t concerned with the well being of others . My sister was treated horribly by this doctor during the COVID19 crisis as if she didn’t matter and was another name on his list of patients to be seen for the day. If you are sick or not feeling well , don’t place your health in his hands .
