Dr. Terry Riske, MD

After 25 years I speak from experience this man is capable, considerate and a fine doctor. My only hope is that he doesn't quit seeing patients before I quit seeing a doctor.

Dr. Riske Listens and is willing to explain treatment issues and options; He respects and is willing to work with me. Very down to Earth and friendly. Hayden Lake Family Physicians do not drop patients when they go on Medicare, unlike most physician/physician groups. Staff is very friendly, but I might have encountered the rather curt lady on the phone once or twice. The rest have been great.

He acts stuck up, He cancels a lot of appointments, His office ladies need an attitude adjustment they are rude! If you want to see another Dr in the practice that is ok as long as you do not want to switch he gets his butt bent out of shape. don't go here they fire patients all the time so that they are not accountable for medical mistakes. Just a strong warning not to even consider this man as your DR he really puts on a good act and front. He won't listen to you he just wants the paycheck. I agree with the poster who was also fired. I found a very good Dr. I left my convoluted records behind. Don't even wast your time.

Dr Riske did an amazing job of taking care of my husband during his illness. We never felt rushed and he answered all our questions . If he was in doubt he had us with a specialist. Great family Physician.

He is professional, caring and has always worked hard to understand and treat my medical issues in the past. I'm not sure, unless you are just a very difficult individual, how you could not like Dr. Riske and his staff. Makes me feel at home and always takes great care of me.

He never seems to really care. He is driven by incentives and stocks in meds and products. he's fake when he walks in the door saying sir or madam. He does not take notes because he does not have a clue about his patient. Wants you to ask for medicine but gives you sketchy answers leaving you wondering if you need it or not. If you are a woman getting "the exam" He sings? OK creepy factor indeed. I would not recomend him he has too many patients and his revolving door swings till he closes for the day telling his staff to make calls to dump some appointments so he can do charity or whatever he does not good.

Staff was very short and rude and the Dr was fast and did not really take pride in his work left with Questions
