TJ Austin is an excellent. He is a wonderful communicator he shows respect and concern for every patient. I have used him personally for 9 years and also had two foster children who saw TJ Austin. The children were in need of physical and mental heath. With the help of TJ Austin and the staff at Florence clinic We were able to get referrals that were life changing for the children. I am excited that the clinic is expanding. It's a great community facility.

I was able to be seen immediately after messaging my care team on MYChart regarding a nagging cough. My regular doctor was not available but Terrance Austin PA was very professional and insightful regarding my health needs. I am so pleased to have Florence Family Practice available in the Bitterroot Valley.
