Dr Bigler is a model physician.She strives each day to provide her patients with the excellent medical care possible.I am sure most of us nursing staff patients and family members, have been blessed with her presence and lovely interactions at one time or another.Dr Bigler is a pleasure to work with.Her gentle demeanor and kind words show patients and their families that she truly cares.I have never met anyone with the kinder heart than hers.She's absolutely amazing. I am proud to say that she was my excellent primary MD. I am also honored to work with Doctor Bigler at Dignity Health.Every experience working with her has been wonderful.She's one in a million!!! Dr. Bigler is caring and compassionate, two traits sorely lacking in the medical profession today.

The only issue with Dr. Bigler is the office staff. I am not talking about the medical assistants, but the rude women who sit behind the reception desk and answer the phones. They have no knowledge of any medical issues but ask for all information from you. They will sit and talk about you while you are sitting in the waiting room. As far as I am concerned they should all be fired and replaced since they add no value to the experience. I actually wish that Dr. Bigler would leave Mercy altogether. She is a fantastic internist and deserves better.

She is my primary dr and there is never been any dr I have ever trusted more, finally someone who really cares I trust her with life, Best care I have ever had bar none!

Doesn't give time of day. Doesn't care about peoples lives, doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't know how to count. Staff blames doctor and doctor blames staff.

Dr. Bigler is a very effective listener because I always have quite a bit of information to share and questions to ask. I need a doctor who is very hands on, knowledgable and personable. She is all of these and always gives me the best medical advice. I like that she respects my desire to follow a more natural path but keeps me up-to-date on the latest medical findings for my issues. Love her!!

She listens and seems very caring She has personally called me back when I have left a message for her about a problem Which I greatly appreciated!!The outer office staff and the telephone receptionist sometimes are not very pleasant to deal with

Dr. Bigler is my primary care doctor and she is great. Very caring, takes lots of time with each patient and is a very down to earth individual
