Dr. Terri Felix, MD

She doesn't seem to care about the patient and always rushes through appointments. She doesn't take the time to listen to problems the patient is having.

My daughter (we found out later wasn't eating enough). Dr. Felix thought she was eating fine and wanted to put her on meds for heart burn and gas. Also seemed disinterested in what, we the parents, had to say.

We have been to Dr. Felix several times for shots, earaches, the flu, and today was our very last visit with her. She shows no care or concern to connect with my children. She speaks in a monotone voice with no passion or expression. She is not the doctor for us. We will be moving on!

Both of my children see Dr. Felix, they are 3 and 1 currently. I had a different doctor at first for my oldest and had an awful experience, that's when I went dr. shopping and found Dr. Felix. She is amazing with the kids, they are at ease with her. In fact, my 3 year old told her "Dr. Felix, I love you!" as we were leaving my other daughter's most recent well baby check-up. Can't argue with that!

My son has seen Dr. Felix and her nurse Christina since he was born then she started to see my second son hwen he was born but do to insurance my second has to have another Dr. I cried when I found this out. I have now had 2 different Dr's and am going to be switching again. I haven't found anyone as good as these 2. Christina is amazing at giving vaccines and Dr. Felix is so caring.
