Dr. Terri Lea Wilkerson Riddiford, MD

My one and only appointment I had with Dr. Riddiford was the worst experience I have ever had with a Dr. She entered the room and didn’t even start with discussing why I was there or my symptoms. She began with diagnosing me with adrenal fatigue and Lyme disease. Instead of asking what my symptoms were that lead to that diagnosis she made me read out loud a paper listing all the symptoms that Lyme Disease has. Which include 20 or more very basic symptoms that could mean anything. I felt like I was being indoctrinated into a study that fits her thesis instead of actual proven medicine. She wanted me to try expensive out of insurance network tests and Guru’s. When I asked for medicine for high blood pressure she attempted to make me feel guilty for just wanting pills to fix my problem and that I should go see someone to do a “laying of hands”. This woman should not be practicing. Do not see this woman and do not be fooled by her snake oil!

Dr. Riddiford saved my life. I had been to several doctors and was always told my condition was related to menopause. Dr. Riddiford was the only doctor that continued to push forward until she found out exactly what the issue was. Thank God she did or my situation could have turned out differently. My cancer diagnosis was caught in time a I'll make a full recovery. I will never be able thank Dr. Riddiford enough for saving my life. I've read some of the negative reviews and they are not in line with the experience I had. Personally, I wish more doctors were like her! She is one of the few that truly cares about you and your health.

Only interested in writing referrals and ordering expensive tests that are unnecessary and unfounded. She is all about wacky medicine and herbals supplements. Insists on every person being tested for Lyme disease.

I was searching for a new GP and went to see Dr. Riddiford at the recommendation of a community member who stated she was open to integrative, wholistic approaches. I read reviews on several sites before going to see her and felt that I should give her office a try. However, during my visit she talked nearly nonstop about a medical condition called PANDAs; she quickly concluded, with very little information from me, that I was candidate for PANDAs and tried to quickly guide me toward out of network treatments to identify PANDAs and heal adrenal exhaustion that totaled in the thousands of dollars. When I mentioned that I had little money to pay for such out of network treatments, she implied that I should save up my money. The office intake form was all about mental health issues rather than physiological issues (according to Dr. Riddiford PANDAs manifests in anxiety and depression). I had very little chance to talk about my own physical condition, or share ongoing physical… conditions/concerns, and could only do so when I interrupted Dr. Riddiford's lengthy explanations of PANDAs. The new patient forms are quite illegible (old copies, copied and recopied, and littered with handwritten scribbles) and consist of referrals to PANDAs healing practitioners and PANDAs out of network testing. I am very open to wholistic treatments, but I felt that Dr. Riddiford's approach was obsessive and overly concerned with pushing PANDAs as a single solution to every health issue I had.

Very thorough, relatable, and not a huge pill pusher which I love.

I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR SOMEONE WHO LISTENS TO ME WITHOUT JUDGEMENT AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL TOXINS...AIR & RADIATION ( ELECRTOSTATIC INCLUDED ) CAN CAUSE INJURY.

I like her very much, she cares and is very friendly.

Dr. Riddiford is an excellent clinician as well as a holistic practitioner. She understands the mind/body connection and that chronic illness can wear you down. She doesn’t just throw pills at you. She helps you get better and STAY better. If not for Dr. Riddiford I can honestly say I would have given up on trying to get better.

Don't expect them to really care, they don't. I have never been treated so rude and unprofessionally. Time and time again. I have been there over a dozen times.
