Delivered her..32 years ago I gave birth to a baby girl at rosemedical center and Dr. Terry Rosenbaum was My doctor I had problems With the pain medication and I almost died and Dr. Terry saved me and my baby I own my daughter and eyes life to this doctor wow I have not seen her in years I would love to see her today but I do not live in Denver anymore after I had the baby Dr. Terry move to Hawaii and I've never seen her cents but she's an excellent doctor she said my daughter and eyes life that day

Was super rude and very disrespectful i left in tears will never see her again

IT was very Rough!!~ I had Feel she was NOT gentle at ALL!~ I had a PAP with the new brush and it was bleeding. After the exam I checked into this more discovered if the push TOO HARD it bleeds! MY stomach was sore for 3 days and nights. I did not get the main problem I was going in for fixed or adequately addressed! I suggest finding another doctor myself. She ordered Way to many tests that was not even for what I went in for. And I did not like her bedside manner either. Never Again for me!~

Dr. Rosenbaum did surgery on me in 2009. My questions were poorly answered, basically I was handed brochures to get answers. I thought she just had a poor bedside manner and trusted her. After my surgery I was left in severe chronic pain which I still have to this day. Dr. Rosenbaum dismissed all my concerns and told me that it must be gastro related and sent me to a gastro dr. Horrible.

It has been four business days, and I have now called four times to schedule an appointment, left three messages, and have not gotten a call back. I am pretty convinced she does not want my business.

At first things seemed ok. My old gyn left her practice, so needed someone to do my annual, which was fine last spring. Then I went in more recently for abnormal bleeding and it got a little strange. Out of the blue, the doctor tells me I need an endometrial biopsy on the spot, and really didn't give me the option to think about it. Also, she performed the procedure with no nurse or anyone else present which seemed out of protocol with my other gyn when doing a procedure like that. She put me on progesterone oills to quote stop the bleeding, without first getting the results of the biopsy or ultrasound. I tried to call their office to get results of biopsy and got a voice mail message saying the office was closed for the day, even though it was a Friday. After a week of waiting, I never did hear back from them regarding results, and called them again to which I got a rude response from front desk staff. I decided to just see a specialist through University of Colorado instead… and asked for my records and test results to be transferred. When I asked about getting a form, the front desk staff acted is if they were clueless. I asked again to get the results of my biopsy and she refused to give me any information, told me I wouldn't get it over the phone since I had decided to see someone else. Wouldn't recommend these people -- lots of unprofessionalism on the part of the doctor and staff as well as lack of communication.

Last time I was in their office was for a rash in the genital area. Was given a prescription for some yeast infection, both oral and topical. It never went away and I discovered on my own it was an allergic reaction to Cottonelle Moist Wipes. But there was never any follow up to the problem by their office. Prior to that I had been discussing with Dr Rosenbaum what to do about some fibroids. She never guided me as to what I should do, just laid out about 5 options and told me it was my decision. I decided to let mother nature do its thing and didn't do anything. Because I had no health Insurance for several years, I did have annual exams for 3 years. Now that I have health insurance I called to schedule an annual exam and.was.told that since I hadn't been in for 3 years I was considered a new patient and that Dr Rosenbaum was no longer accepting new patients. I was floored at the rudeness of the receptionist on the phone. They obviously don't want me as a patient and probably… doing me a favor!

I've been her patient for >5 years and have had a difficult out-patient surgical procedure with her. I'm not sure another doctor would have had the skill to successfully complete the surgery due to my particular situation. She is very thorough in her exams and spends lots of time discussing your concerns. I would be hesitant to see another MD for this type of surgery since in my case I feel experience really does count. Having a doctor that listens is also a bonus.
