Dr. Terri Washington, MD

Not quite what I expected. I was expecting a little more care and and concern about the overall health of my mother who is 84. Dr Washington appeared to be indifferent regarding some of the questions that were being asked which made my mother very uneasy. I understand that we are all a little fatigued as it relates to COVID, but we each have to still strive to be at our best. Dr Washington suggested to have some additional lab work completed and there has been no follow up regarding possible next steps. I had read great things about her. Disappointed, and will not be going back.

I just read some advice that Dr. Washington gave on-line. While I'm sure it's sound advice, she needs to know it's not "LOOSING weight" -- it's LOSING. You'd think a doctor would know that.

Dr Washington is a doctor that actually listens to you. She is interested in helping you get healthy and staying that way. Her staff is great as well.

Dr Washington is a very compassionate and caring. She listens to you and is very patient. She always gives you all the options that are out there and listens without judgement. Her staff was very nice to me and I had no trouble making appointments.

Has patient go to an office not at conveient because supposedly they have experience taking this test. Technician tells patient they have never done this before!!! Doctor's office calls and cxls appointment day before. Then patient tries to cancel 24 hours prior to set appointment and they insist on charging for missed appt. Then doctor's office says they are terminating patient and patient asks for prescription to hold them over until finding another specialist and doctor prescribes 1 months with wrong dosage amount and when patient calls office, they tell patient thats the way it is. WOW!!! I'd like to file a lawsuit against her.

Very incompetant!!!!!!
