Dr. Terrie L Cribbs

I wish I could give Dr. Cribbs a shining review however I'm honestly perplexed as to how TLC has achieved an almost perfect rating up to this point. Throughout the year as a patient I was told multiple teeth were showing excessive wear and cracking due to jaw clinching and that I would need to crown them. Despite expressing my confusion as to how the issues were so escalated and anxiety towards the approach, I was urged to push forward. Finally, believing it was the only remedy, I agreed to have one of the crowns placed. During the procedure a nerve in my tongue was injured causing prolonged numbness in my right-side mouth/tongue. The incident was treated very nonchalantly as I was told that it happens sometimes and to give it a few days. Waiting a few days turning into waiting a few weeks until I was eventually told by Dr. Cribbs that feeling might not return back to normal for several months or ,although unlikely, years or never! It wasn't until I expressed discontent with the… situation and how it was being handled that laser therapy was offered to speed up recovery time. After completing X-Rays and a thorough examination, my new dentist disagrees with the perceived condition of my teeth and the necessity for crown work all together. He also began immediate medical relief for my jaw clenching and quoted the same mouth guard that TLC offered but at half the price. Note I have not had any changes to insurance coverage or dental health between experiences. Hopefully my experience was unusual for TLC; however I can't in good faith recommend this practice.

I had trouble finding a dentist that worked for me and when I came across Dr. Cribbs office I was so relieved! Everyone in the office is always so nice and they know what they are talking about. They also are great about answering any questions I have. I highly recommend.

We have been patients of Dr. Cribbs for over 11 years and she is undoubtedly the finest dentist we have known. Her knowledge levels are extraordinary, and she shows more interest in treating us as individuals than any dentist in our experience. She takes the time to find out the exact right approach and treatment to solve any problem we brought to her (and there have been many). Her skill levels are finely balanced with a keen sense of humor, and her staff shares the same level of competence, professionalism, and cordial demeanor. Without hesitation, we recommend her to patients of all ages.

Dr. Cribbs has always been very professional but with a warm and comforting demeanor. She is always able to take the extra step to answer my questions and relieve any worry or anxiety about what is going on with my teeth. I have been coming here for years now and would not switch for anything!
