Dr. Terrie Moseley Gibson, MD

I was referred to Dr. Gibson from my primary nurse. However, after two annual visits to her I have never talked to her face to face. I always see a nurse who say's Dr. Gibson will review and get back to me. She never has! Will be seeing a cardiologist I can talk to face to face.

Hear good things about her, but as a patient of almost 3 years, I am still waiting for her to actually walk into the room and talk to me. If all you want is to see a nurse then she's a go to. I am changing to a new cardiologist as I have questions about my heart health that I want to discuss directly with a cardiologist.

I had previously worked with Dr Gibson and all the other cardiologists at the time when I worked for Integris Heart Hospital. She was my first choice for a cardiologist when I needed one.

Dr. Gibson was extremely friendly and thorough on my visit. Her nurse and receptionist were rude and impatient. Follow up is basically nonexistent except for patients who continue to call for result. Her nurse pumped the BP cuff up so high it bruised my arm. They still use the old fashioned BP cuff as opposed to the wrist cuff which Integris Heart Lab uses. It was a very unusual experience.

Very smart and knowledgeable.

Cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gibson. She performed my emergency stent surgery in 2008 and became my cardiologist. She always took the time to answer questions and share information. Great bedside manner and caring.
