Great guy, great doctor, and an amazing bedside manner. The only medical appointments I look forward to.

There's a lot to like about Harrington. My husband had bladder cancer and saw 2 different doctors, both who said, "You might want to go to get an ultrasound, but at your age (28), it's probably not serious... (it was!)" Harrington referred him to a specialist immediately and after he was diagnosed, he's been our family doctor. He now treats my whole family, including my daughter - when we first brought her in, he noticed that I was teary and tired and asked how I was doing as a new mom. He took the time to make sure I was ok.

Follow up in non existent. If you are un-insured they charge a flat rate for a visit. Sounds likea good deal... He is VERY proud of how "cheap" he is and the long hours he works. However, when his treatment doesn't work or you leave messages to follow up you get absolutely no reply. I'd stop being so proud of the long hours since it apparently means there is no time to follow up after the exchange of money. Patronizing ineffective mostly useless MD, apparently feels if you constantly repeat that you are a good doctor who works long hours and charges less than that other guy it makes up for a complete lack of follow through and a bad attitude. His staff however attempt to be helpful, you can tell they also think he is mostly ineffective and frustrating with their sympathetic "believe me i know how you feel" looks. He also grossly underestimates lab work. Quote was 100-200...he swears they told him 130... Reality is over 400. RUN.

This guy is terrible. Period. I went in with a bad sinus infection. (ie. green mucus, sore throat, achy joints, fever, gunk in eyes) I described to him that my wife and son had just gotten over this same thing after taking antibiotics. He took a look in my throat and said "you have pharyngitis" which is essentially a sore throat. I asked if he was serious and he gave me the "I'm a doctor attitude and said quote "I am very scientific". He gave me a script for cough syrup. I was in such disbelief when I left his office I searched for another clinic in the immediate area. (West Seattle) Thank god Highline showed up and was still open. So I went there for a second opinion, they did a very thorough assessment and determined I had a very serious infection that had spread from my sinus throughout my body. I was given an injection of antibiotics and monitored for a half hour after. I felt immediate relief after about 2 hours, then the dr actually followed up with a call the next day to check… on me since my infection was so serious. As you can see, this guy is totally incompetent, when I did a search on his name after the bad experience I see I'm not the only one. This guy needs to find a new profession. A Dr degree doesn't mean you necessary get it and know how to perform an accurate assessment and go through the right thought processes to address a patients needs accordingly. Hopefully this will save other innocent people from wasting their time and possibly putting their health in danger by going to this moron.

DON'T GO HERE. He's a whack. After making us wait for an hour for him, he took less than 10 minutes to look at my husband and was in a hurry to rush out because it was "their lunch time". After 2 days taking the anti-biotic and not feeling any better, my husband went to polyclinic and found out that he not only diagnosed his conditions incorrectly, he also prescribed the wrong drug. He said it was strep throat. Turn out it was sinus infection. My husband's nurse later pointed out that the medication he prescribed was not even for strep throat. How such incompetent doctor get to open a clinic and stay there this long?

I have been seeing Dr. Harrington for 7 years now. I moved 3 years ago and still drive 2 hours to see him when I'm not feeling well. He is an amazing doctor who is straightforward, caring and explains every detail of what is going on with you. As long as I live anywhere in Washington, he will always be my go to doctor.

This was a very different experience than I have ever been used to. The office is quite charming and he has a very patient and kind attitude. Seems hard to find most places these days.

I'm a musician and use in-ear monitors when I play. Friday night, the small rubber tip to one of the ear pieces came off in my ear. It's pretty flexible and comfortable, so I didn't notice anything was wrong for a few days. Started feeling like there was something in my ear, but thought maybe it was just because I was feeling a little under the weather and maybe it was stuffed up... well, after a few days of this, I happened to check my in-ear monitors and noticed the piece missing. I put two and two together, and decided that a visit to urgent care was probably in order. Dr. Harrington has an after hours clinic, and I went in around 8:30 PM. His staff was amazingly nice and very friendly, as was the Dr. himself. He took a look in my ear, said "yep, it's in there all right..." and within a minute, he had me taken care of and on my way. Saved myself a $300 trip to the ER, only spent 10% of that on an office visit copay. He was incredibly knowledgeable (gave me some tips on how to… clean the specialized material that the earpieces are made of, since it's apparently the same as some medical devices) and was also incredibly friendly, especially for a guy who'd put in a full day of work and was running an after hours clinic on top of that. I highly recommend Dr. Harrington and will be back whenever the need arises!

DR. HARRINGTON ALWAYS HAS ME IN AND OUT OF THE OFFICE QUICKLY. I'VE HAD APPOINTMENTS AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY AND HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT LONGER THAN 10 MINUTES.
