DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR HE'S A LIAR AND DOE NOT KEEP HIS WORDS AND HE'S ALSO A SLOB AND HIS STAFF LIE RIGHT ALONG WITH HIM AND THEY ALL ARE RACIST AND NOW THEY ARE GETTING SUED

We discussed my degenerative spine at length. I was offered options of surgery, epidural blocks, physical therapy or living with the problem. I have chosen the blocks and they are working great! Hopefully no surgery for me!

Very well mannered physician. He did work on my back L3-L5. I was back to running and passing my Physical Fitness Test with the Military within 3 weeks post op. I was very impressed with his abilities. I will never go anywhere else. He was as good or better than what I hear from people who think God lives in Birmingham.

Dr Andrade gave me options and made me feel more comfortable about my care plan. I had seen another MD who wanted to rush me to surgery and put rods and screws in my back. Dr Andrade offered conservative treatment and I decided to do the shots instead of surgery. As of today, I am pain free and hope the shots last long term. His staff were very nice and made sure my visits to the office were comfortable and helped me with some insurance problems. Highly recommend him!

Great surgeon. Did great job on my laminectomy (L3-5) I did not have to take any narcotic pain meds post op. Great job of infection and clot prevention. Would definitely use again.

have had 4 surgeries by him...He has always improved my issues. I wouldn't see anyone but him..He is honest he tells you your conditions..tells you what can be done...The decision is yours.. He is a Very Good Surgeon..And his office Manger is all ways just a call away if you ever need anything.. I wouldn't go any where else...I Live in the Cullman Area and have been seeing DR Andrade for a few years now...this is a very current review 12/17

Dr. Andrade and his office staff were very nice and professional. He was able to help me with my migraine headaches.

I had severe spinal stenosis, and he was able to do a surgery that has given me back a pain free life.

This doctor was a second opinion on my back. Another MD in town wanted to put in screws, rods, disc spacers, etc. Dr Andrade is taking the conservative approach and not putting in unneeded metal.
