Dr. Terry Richard Baker, MD

Dr. Baker has always been receptive and attentive to my questions, concerns, and on numerous occasions he's helped me feel more relaxed in his office by helping me, feel heard and understood as a patient. The front desk has always been welcoming and kind, and efficient at fulfilling their tasks. In several instances, I have already recommended others I know to this doctor, and would do so again.

DR Baker has provided me excellent care with three surgeries and oversite of my health care concerning my sinus and thyroid issues. I highly recommend him

Horrible billing department, took money from my checking account every month and decided to turn me over to collections when we called to ask why all they could do is stop taking money from my account and now my bill has gone up $1500 and I have to go fight it in court!

I have been a patient here for years, but am finally switching after waiting an excess of 2 hours or more per appointment. Even scheduling an early morning appointment at 8:30 a.m. I am waiting more than 2 hours. How can you be so behind, early in the morning, for every appointment?! Ridiculous. Then when he finally comes in, he is brief, and says he'll be right back, then you hear him go next door and talk to the next patient, when he's not even done with you. Then when he comes back to you, forgets what you said, and seems very disorganized and confused. I'm so done with this office.

I was treated great by the whole staff and Dr. Baker. I went in for a lump on my thyroid. He answered all of our questions. Did the biopsy. Staff schedule me for surgery. They were all very helpful. Would recommend them to anyone . Thank you Dr. Baker and Staff for everything.

This doctor is arrogant and acts like he knows it all. He will belittle you when you question him. I went in for a sinus cleaning because I has a pseudomonas infection that I was getting treated for. I told him that I thought pseudomonas was still causing me pain and problems, or something else was still in my sinus area, and nasal tissue..he made it sound as though that was impossible due to all the iv antibiotics I had been on. Little did he know , I had a methicillin-resistant staph infection and an alternaria species mold/fungal infection. I found this out after his surgery elsewhere . His surgery only made me worse and he also advised me to keep my nostrils moist..That will create an even more ideal environment for a mold/fungal to thrive in..I wish I never stepped a foot into his office. He has horrible bedside manner and a lack of knowledge!

I felt like cattle when I went trough the office I said my child needs his tonsils out they said not until the 20 th I said I set it up for the 6 th they handed me a folder and said have a nice day I really felt like they could care less about me or my child. he was scared and I had no answers to give him just handed me a folder that said the surgery was at 8 a.m.they never said don't eat or drink anything. Mooo nothing like being cattle I felt like they just care about the money. ...thanks

I went to see Dr. Baker upon a referral. I had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment and then what happened? I came, he gave me a diagnosis and I left and all this happened within 5 min. Please note that he gave me this diagnosis within 1 minute without looking at the sheets of medical history I just filled out and without asking me any questions and without examining me! Wow, that is incredible, magical. Also, he suggested that it was beging and would either go away by itself, so just hang in there gal, or that we could do further testing to exclude a tumor. Wow, way to go. After I got home I googled my diagnosis and guess what, it didn't even match my symptoms. I will definitely not go back to see this so called "doctor".

Besides the rude office staff my biggest problem with Dr. Baker is the fact that he never seems to get my messages left with either office reception or his voice mail service. I have left multiple messages and have not received any contact from him or his office staff. I am so frustrated I want to break something...
