Dr. Terry Allan Boulware, MD

I’m writing in regards to a close friend. I’m not sure about his dealings with Dr Boulware himself, but whoever he has answering the phones over there is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND RUDE!!!!!! My friend has had a major stroke. And he keeps having mini strokes. He has a blockage which is causing this. At least that’s part of the reason. Well, my friend was given meds. I’m not a doctor but I think he needs the medication adjusted. I stay with my friend and I have found him passed out on the floor more than once and he’s very dizzy He doesn’t have another appointment for several months. I told him to call his doctor. He’s incredibly stubborn. I gave him a choice of calling the doctor and tell him what is going on, or I’d call him. To no avail I was sleeping in bed and my friend came in and sat on the bed and keeled over. And the next day I found him on the floor. I feared the worst. But he came around I called the doctor and this rude woman answered the phone I told her everything I said… here plus a whole lot more. But she seemed more concerned about who I am and my name than she did about this patient who could die due to no concern on their end I am a seasoned care taker. I know when there is a problem. Maybe this is due to too high of its strength or a bad reaction to what he’s taking which could be a matter of simply adjusting. But that’s not going to happen I guess. Today I asked my friend if they had called him since it’s been more than a week since I called the office. No they haven’t. I only hope my friend is still alive in 3 months so that this MIGHT BE addressed Very unprofessional. Not caring at all. If the doctor cares about his patients I hope whoever answers the phone will be fired and someone who cares if someone is needing to come in right away is hired I am afraid of what is going to happen to my friend between now and 3 months from now I’m very disappointed in how this is being handled!!

It's difficult to get staff to answer the telephone. I have made several calls to get my RX updated, and can't get anyone to answer the phone.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Boulware. In my family my husband was his patient, my son is his patient, and my granddaughter saw Dr. Sonda Boulware who is also wonderful. Dr. Terry Boulware is very professional, very dignified, but also very kind and courteous and understanding. We are very fortunate to have a great cardiologist group of this category here

Dr. Boulware is a wonderful doctor and his practice here in Las Cruces is superior.

I can not commend Dr. Boulware and staff enough. I am alive because of his competence, diligence and frankness. If you want clear frank communication, medical competence, excellent advice and theknowledge of outstanding surgeons outside of procedures he himself performs this is your Dr.

I went to Dr. Boulware with concerns due to a strong family history of heart disease at a young age. Did not seem to care at all. Maybe he cares more after the fact or when you are showing symptoms but definitely not when you are trying to avoid the symptoms and inevitable heart attack. No follow up, no tests ordered... No more seeing this doctor.

Totally professional Dr and staff. We have been seeing Dr Boulware for over 2 years and feel we've gotten the best care possible.

Dr. Terry Boulware is a caring professional who really knows his business and will conduct extensive testing before making any rash decisions when it comes to cardiology. He is also an internal medicine doctor. His bedside manners are excellent. He does have a large patient load, but does take his time with you. I would highly suggest Dr. Boulware for cardiology problems. He is well respected in the Las Cruces, NM community.

I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and caring attitude. The wait was much better than most physicians.
