I have been seeing Dr.Hagan for 9 years he is one of the most KIND,CARINGand EXTREMELY COMPASSIONATE doctors I have ever been to he has really helped deal with a lot of issues in my life he has actually taken the time with me to explain some of my medical issues that have nothing to do with what I am seeing him about I am EXTREMELY FORTUNATE to have him as my doctor his office staff is always friendly and go out of their way to help you when I call to make a appointment its always within a few days to see him if anyone in Louisville is looking for the BEST PSYCHIARTIST your look is over because he is the BEST..Thank you Dr.Hagan Lydia Diego Louisville ky

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Hagan. I'm a women and even though I have read the reviews of other women I have found nothing further from the truth. He's very attentive and I feel listened to and understood. I haven't experienced going through a crises with him. We've talked about what I should do if I feel an episode coming on and he has been very reassuring to me. I'd recommend him highly!

Dr. Hagan is a great Psychiatrist. Some people may feel he is to tough. I feel he is just putting a face on my problems. I look forward to our time together. Also he is the 1st Doctor that I've been to where I feel there are no boundaries. I have been able to go deep with him. He is helping me understand myself inside.

My experience with Dr Hagan has been very positive. I’ve been seeing him for almost a year and have been gradually adjusting my meds. I feel like myself again for the first time in a few years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful.

The only thing good about this office is the little dog they bring to the office. It takes forever to get thru to someone and they never call you back. The administrative staff are irresponsible and clueless teenagers. Dr. Hagan only sees you for about 5 mins, 10 if you're lucky. He doesn't listen to you and mostly talks about himself. He's not relatable to women at all, and is very condescending towards them. His billing is never done correctly and I always manage to have a balance. Multiple other reviews have complaints about billing errors, sexism, unprofessionalism, and being completely unethical. It's a wonder he hasn't been sued yet!

He diagnosed perfectly on first visit and it has changed my life. I am 61 and only wish I had found him decades earlier. Thank you sooo much Sir

I have been with Dr.Hagan for almost 10 years! At first, I didn't know what to think of him. Of course, with my situation (NOT going into details of my PERSONAL LIFE) I thought alot of things. When it comes down to it, He has literally saved my life! For the first few years, it was so HARD for me go open up, talk about how the medications make me feel and what's going on IN LIFE. He took TIME and EFFORT to help me understand and explain things simply. He took TIME to KNOW my personality. He is NOT what MOST doctors are, push medications, then push more medications etc. NO! He ALWAYS communicated with me about what, let's say a medication (for example) he explains what it does, how, and what ti expect. He is the ONLY DOCTOR I TRUST WITH MY LIFE. That's a fact! I'm somewhere in life where I NEVER THOUGHT I'D BE! Evey appointment I can't help but THANK HIM
