My family visit dr hess and have always received the best care and quick diagnosis. We live over 30 minutes away and would never change for the travel inconvenience.

Dr.Hess is the most caring,compassionate doctor I have seen in years. He took time to explain the numerous medical problems my mother has been dealing with over the past 5+ years in a way that was easily understood. She felt like he really cared about her and her health. She is 83 yrs old & often doctors tend to treat elderly patients with an attitude of disregard as if there is little, if anything that can be done to actually improve their health. Dr. Hess was entirely different. He was so kind, sensitive and showed my mother the respect she so deserves. I feel confident Dr. Hess will do all possible to get to the bottom of my mother's medical conditions. When we returned home my Mom said "Dr. Hess is the BEST". Need I say more? One other thing...thank you Dr. Hess for your expertise, professionlism and compassion!

very quick to prescribe drugs (whether necessary or not); makes referrals that are sometimes appropriate, sometimes not; recommendations have been at odds with those made by specialty physicians; friendly, good bedside manner.
