Dr. Irwin is exceptional at diagnosing a problem. Sometimes when I am talking to him I believe he is not listening. He heard everything I said to him. His billing department has the GOD complex. If you owe them money they refuse to fill a prescription. I am sure Doctor Irwin does not know about this. The first rule in the Hippocratic Oath is "do no harm"
