Down to earth, practical, consistent. Follows medical guidelines and is both forthright and accurate in diagnosis. Has been my doctor for several years.

My father is in his 80's and is a patient of Dr. Jackson's. I have been very disappointed in the doctor and the practice. During a recent illness the office was to make an appointment for my dad with a specialist. Not only did they not make an appointment they never even called him to say they were not able to. I called as well and talked to a nurse. She seemed concerned and said she would research and get back with me regarding my concerns. She never got back with me either ! It was over a holiday weekend and I had some serious concerns about my dad's health. My dad is rarely ill and has to be feeling pretty bad to go to the doctor. They seemed to disregard his concerns and never followed up. I WOULD NOT recommend this doctor or the practice!
