Dr. Terry Carl Jakubaitis

This AME should suffer all the ailments and licensing hoops he put his clients thru. Dishonest, arrogant and don’t ever question his medical opinion. Will make you jump thru unnecessary hoops, cost you thousand$, require further appts from HIM at further thousands, all based on blatant lies. But he’s FAA AME so they take his word. His FAA & medical license should be revoked.

Terry Jakubaitis should have his license revoked. He is FAA AME certified but shouldn't be. If you question his opinion or ask questions why, he will make sure his report to FAA Medical requires lots of programs and processes that he needs to perform at the cost of tens of thousands. I'm a veteran pilot and have clean bill of health. In his report, he reported 8 medical issues to FAA that were blatant lies. I had 3 additional FAA AMEs do my check after his report was filed and they found 0 health issues. But Jakubaitis worded his report to FAA which requires I follow his recommendations -- which MUST be completed by him. It violates the AMA code of conduct, it violates the Doctor's Oath, AND it's a conflict of interest. This piece of crap person ought to be put thru the same treadmill and costs of meeting license requirements that he puts his clients through. He would NEVER survive!
