Dr. Terry Michael Kelly, MD

I had no issue with the staff. Everyone was very nice. The girl doing the molds and xrays was new to the office but not new to the field and she was still trying to learn their protocol and had to go ask them a few question to make sure she did everything correctly. Yes, there was a 30 min presentation/video but that was okay. Yes, it is expensive but no more expensive than a few other places I researched unless it was out of the USA. Dr. Kelly seems to be very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. The scan WAS free, as stated, but if you wanted a copy to take with you then, yes, it was going to cost you $250. I can understand that. Why would they do all that for free so you can take your scan and business elsewhere. I was satisfied with my consult. I hope I am as satisfied with the rest of the process. I emailed Dr. Kelly with a few questions, pics, and concerns and he responded the same day.
