Dr. Kendrick took care of our kids over 15 years. He is a wonderful and caring doctor.

Wonderful physician. See's all four of our children. I definitely feel that he takes pride in his work. I have every bit of confidence in him. He has stayed after hours before to wait on lab results for us. Can't say enough great things!

Terry Kendrick was my pediatrician when I was a child. He was a very good doctor 20 years ago. My husband and I entrusted him with the care of our two children, and he has been nothing but a disappointment. Getting an appointment with him is a nightmare. The last three times one of my children have been sick, his office staff has told me that he is totally booked up and just to go to the ER or QuickCare. The last well visit my son had, he walked in the room, had his back turned to us most of the time, asked me questions over his shoulder, barely looked at or touched my son, and spent all of 4 or 5 minutes in the room all together. He is getting up in age (he's over the age of 60), and doesn't seem to be passionate about his profession anymore.

I have used Dr. Kendrick for 14 years. He is always caring and concerned. He is prompt and thoughtful of my appointment time. His staff is top notch! I can't say enough good things.

The office staff is awful. Dr. Kendrick has poor bedside manner. He was very rough with my 6 month old son, and spent very little time in the room with us. I'm very dissatisfied with the treatment received at Pediatric Associates of Shreveport.
