Dr. Terry Ray Perrine, MD

Dr. Terry Perrine is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Charleston Area Medical Center, building a foundation in comprehensive primary care. With nearly five decades of practice experience, Dr. Perrine brings extensive knowledge to treating patients across all age groups. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, helping him serve diverse communities throughout Mississippi.

Dr. Perrine practices at multiple locations across the region, including Tupelo, Pontotoc, and other communities served by North Mississippi Medical Center's network of facilities. He treats patients with conditions such as Alzheimer's disease and helps those experiencing weakness or mobility challenges. His approach to care includes coordinating physical therapy and strength training programs when appropriate.
