Dr. Terry Perrine is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Charleston Area Medical Center, building a strong foundation in comprehensive primary care. With 49 years of clinical experience, Dr. Perrine has dedicated nearly five decades to caring for patients and families throughout their health journeys.
