Terry J. Schreiner, DDS
Terry J. Schreiner was born in Ada, OK, but grew up in West Texas. Following a family tradition established by his father, uncle and brother, he attended the University of Oklahoma on an athletic scholarship. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from OU. He next attended the University of Tennessee where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following Dental School, he served in the United States Air Force where he was attached to the Alaskan Air Command. Upon separation from the Air Force, he fulfilled a boyhood dream by going into private practice with his brother, Carl. They have maintained their practice of General Dentistry together in Duncan since October of 1976.
Dr. Schreiner is a member of the American Dental Association, Oklahoma Dental
Association, Oklahoma Dental Foundation, Academy of General Dentistry, and the Stephens County Dental Society. He has served as Vice President and President for the South Central District of the Oklahoma Dental …Association and State Secretary / Treasurer of the ODA. He sat on the Board of Trustees for the ODA and the ODF. Dr. Schreiner has also served as President of the Stephens County Dental Society for over 25 years.
Dr. Schreiner has acquired over 1,000 hours of continuing education credits. He feels that continuing education is necessary to keep informed with the ever-changing science of dentistry. His primary areas of expertise are full mouth restoration and cosmetic dentistry.
Terry and his wife Debbie have two children, Dustin and McKenzie. He has a wide variety of interests, but one might say that his hobbies are watching high school and college sports, hunting, fly fishing and knife making.
