Dr. Smith is the most professional and pain free dentist I have been to in my life. Wait time is very short.

This dentist lack of patience and bedside manner and he's rude demeanor we're bad enough, but the way he physically treated me, example: cupping four fingers and tucking them under my top Front Teeth pulling the top of my head back towards the chair as to use my own head as leverage while pulling my tooth with his other hand. This is no way to treat a human being. I asked him several times to stop because the pain was almost unbearable and he told me that that was not pain it was only pressure and that I needed to relax and be quiet. After quite some time of the tooth not even moving he finally had to cut it into pieces and dig it out. After nearly two hours, the horrible experience was over. I had to ask that he write me a prescription for pain medication and when I was crying in the chair because I was exhausted from the painful and very emotional experience I had to ask the nurse to hand me a tissue while she sat watching me cry. When I left the procedure room and walked into the… waiting room I was still crying. I wasn't even given time to calm down before I was handed a pamphlet about aftercare and ushered out of the office. I have lots of experience with dental work and surgeries and this was by far the worst. I still have no feeling in that side of my face Weeks Later and I also have another tooth that was left Exposed on one side which has now fallen inwards towards my tongue and it affects my speech. I also have no way to chew on that side of my mouth due to the damage that was left. I would not recommend anyone going to this dentist.
