Dr. Terrence Francis Swade, MD

Been with him for years. Dosen't matter if your the first appointment or not. You will wait at least 1hr too see him. Looking for another doctor.

My care with Dr Swade has been excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an endocrinologist who cares about his patients.

Still on hold for over 10 minutes for the second time to try and get a script that they keep promising and I never get. Cant even tell me if they got my blood tests. Highly dissapointed.

Dr Swade is an excellent physician. He is knowledgeable, extremely intelligent, thoughtful, and considerate of his patients.

I was a long time patient of Dr. Swade and because this practice decided to change their INSURANCE CARRIERS I was left out in the cold. I found a New doctor in a reasonably short time 3 days and like him better.

Patients would be well advised to never make an appointment with this office. This is hands-down the most incompetent Doctor's office (or any office for that matter) that I have EVER dealt with. Not only is the staff completely incompetent and rude, but they also point fingers at each other and will go so far as to even blame the patient for their incompetence. I am extremely disappointed in the level of unprofessionalism that I experienced with the office of Dr. Swade and patients would be best advised to avoid this office at all costs.

I love Dr. Swade! He is knowledgable and very warm and tells you how it is. He does have a long wait time, but he spends as much time as I need with him, so that is worth it to me. If I ever have a problem he calls back very promptly.

Dr. Swade is a great, smart and caring doctor. love him.
