Dr. Terry Linn Thomas, DO

Is this the same Dr. Thomas I saw? Dr. Terry Thomas treated me through emergency services in Belpre. He diagnosed a condition correctly with 5 minutes of examination that my previous doctor didn't in 10 years. He was attentive, focused, organized, and thorough. His bedside manner was honest and forthright but most of all: interested in my situation. He spent as much time as I needed for questions and did not rush out to the next patient; and he followed up with a phone call. For those who thought they were "abandoned".... we are responsible for our own health care NOT the physician. If something isn't right we're not victims... it's our body, not the physician's.

It took three months to find a doctor to treat my husbands High Blood Pressure when we found Dr. Thomas. My husband really liked him. He ran out of refills for his blood pressure meds and we called the doctor's office only to get a recording the number was no longer in service. We called the pharmacy to find out that he went out of business! What are people supposed to do when they need life medicine and the doctor doesn't even bother to tell them they are leaving?!?@! Now he has no medicine!

Let me start out by saying a good doctor in the Parkersburg/Marietta area is extremely hard to find. I have lived here 6 years and started going to Dr Thomas about 4 years ago when his practice was in Beverly Ohio, In the beginning I liked him until he moved to parkersburg. He immediately became unorganized, forgetful, and rushed. The average wait time was over 2 hours. I had lost my trust in him and called the office to get a referal to see a specialist, I got an answering service who told me he would be out for a month so I had left a message for a staff member to call me. I never got that call after leaving 3 more messages. Then I find out his practice is closed for good and all records are stored away. I also found out the reason he moved to parkersburg WV was because he got into some kind of trouble during his practice in Beverly, OH. I don't know what he did to get in trouble; all I know is how poorly he treated me as a patient. I now travel 3 hours out of town to see my new… doctors. Well worth the trip, and I highly recommend it for your health's sake

i have been with him for years and i just tried to get in and see him and i found out the office is closed. i don't know about anyone else but it would have been nice if they would let us know.

He saved my life! He is the best!
