The worst ever!! This so called doctor ruined my mouth. The root canals were painful, the shots were terrible, and hurt like never before! BTW, I have had 12 root canals ( not by this clown) so being totally familiar with this I know of what I speak! Now the best part! he ruined and broke a perfect crown on a tooth that he wasn't even working on, and I have a huge area on my gum and roof of my mouth that's infected and the pain is intense, I can't even drink water without coming to tears! He didn't even talk to me after this butchering, NOTHING!! just sent me on my way. I had no idea what had happened except for the broken crown which his assistant came up with this lame excuse about decay, not true, he screwed up, plain and simple!! Being numb I had no idea of what I was going to go through when the shots wore off! I had to go to another dentist for treatment of this butchering, antibiotics and pain killers! Stay away for this so called doctor!!

Dr Crawford was very comforting and reassuring thru out the entire procedure and extremely professional towards me and his staff as well I walked out confident on the outcome of my procedure ... I highly recommend him.

Terryl Crawford did a root canal in the wrong tooth, referred me to his in office colleague for a surgery and that is when his colleague said "the good news is that you do not need surgery, the bad news is that the root canal was done on the wrong tooth, so we need to do the root canal on the correct tooth". Never received an apology, never answered my letter where I requested a refund for a procedure that was done incorrectly and had to be done all over again. Never showed his face on all of this situation. Very unprofessional, it shows he does not assume responsibility for his actions and do not respond to requests regarding charges and wrong procedures. Please be aware and if you insist in going to see him, be sure that the proper dental care on the correct tooth will be rendered.

The sweetest man I think I've ever met. He definitely cares about his patients. Made sure I was comfortable during the entire process of my root canal. Definitely the best around!!

It was completely obvious after spending only 5 minutes in the chair going through the preliminaries that Dr. Crawford commands that his patients are treated with love and care and kindness. With regard to his staff, their skill matches their bedside manner; impeccable. His patients love him, his staff has the utmost respect for him and Dr. Crawford personally is an amazing person. He's brilliant in what he does! His equipment is state-of-the-art, he has an overall passion for his practice, his patience and ...... he loves the Lord! He demonstrates his gratitude to the Lord for his success by working as hard as he can and not losing sight on what's most important. He made my experience their literally as painless and as quick as possible. I have to be honest in saying that the wait was a little long but worth every second.
