My experience at Dr. Haddlock's office is excellent. Have been coming there for 7 years and can honestly say I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is extremely professional and Dr. haddlock is the best there is. Highly recommend and would never think of changing. For those of us dealing with facial paralysis, having Dr Hadlock nearby is like winning the lottery! Not only did she repair my facial disfigurement, she treated me and my family with compassion and dignity. Her staff is absolutely wonderful as well. Mass Eye and Ear is the best of the best!

I went to Dr. Hadlock about 10 years ago and It was me who just got tired of doing the exercises for the Bells Palsy. So since then my face is different on one side and on the other. It is very noticeable to me. Well, I am older now and these differences in my face are really annoying. I feel ugly, even though most people don't notice. I do. I saw Dr. Hadlock today and she was amazing! She made me do facial movements that she immediately knew what had to be gone. I will get some exercises and have surgery. She is the most impressive Doctor that I have ever met. I have total confidence in all her abilities. I did not even ask any questions about the surgery because I know that I am in the best hands! She is always cheerful and I feel like I am an important patient, even though I am sure that she has so many patients who have much more extensive problems. I just can't say enough great comments about her. She is a gift in her field and to all her patients! There will be more to… come for me. I have just started and I will comment on that later. Dr. Hadlock you are a very special doctor with so much knowledge. I am honored to be your patient!

Dr. Hadlock has been my physician for over five years. With some serious facial nerve damage following a neurosurgical procedure, Dr. Hadlock has managed my problems with attention, skill and attention that is unparalleled in my experience. She is tops and her entire team (Kerry especially) are remarkable health providers.

I have been treated by Dr. Tessa Hadlock for several years for a facial nerve disorder I have, Synkinesis. Because this disorder is uncommon, I searched throughout the U.S. for treatment by a specialist. I selected Dr. Hadlock because of her wide experience in facial nerve disorders and exceptional training and background. In my opinion, she is on the cutting edge of facial nerve treatment and research. Dr. Hadlock is a caring, empathetic and extremely competent physician. Dr. Hadlock is a very gifted surgeon with years of experience in her field. I had a mini face/neck lift under local anesthesia performed in her office, and I’m thrilled with the results! I have a natural, refreshed, younger looking appearance without having the anxiety of general anesthesia or a hospital stay! Dr. Tessa Hadlock literally gave me my face back. I had facial nerve damage from a brain tumor and was recommended to Dr. Hadlock from my neurosurgeon. During the consultation on my first visit, I started to cry because even from that first encounter I knew I was in good hands. Since that first appointment, I have been seeing Dr. Hadlock for over 4 years now, I have had multiple surgeries and countless Botox treatments for the nerve damage. Every visit, Dr. Hadlock is professional, caring, and extremely competent. I feel relaxed and confident in her office.
